Another Pancake Recipe!
In this simple pancake recipe, you will only need 3 ingredients to make the pancakes - and this uses self-raising flour instead of the plain flour which caused it to be a bit fluffier compared to pancakes made from plain flour. Alternatively, when available, replace self-raising flour with plain flour.
The ratio to remember is:
120g self-raising flour
2 eggs
240ml full fat milk
Full fat milk is recommended for this recipe. You may use semi-skimmed milk if you wish.
Simply mix all ingredients in a bowl. Ladle a portion and cook in an oiled pan over medium heat until brown on both sides. Makes 6 to 8 pancakes.
Serve with a sprinkle of granulated sugar and drizzle of lemon juice. We can proudly say, we created this recipe for the Chandlery Flavour Crew - and we even filmed it - so you can try it at home!
