Delete your Chandlery Loyalty App account
You can delete your account in two ways.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
Go to Account → Privacy & Account Management → Delete Account & Data, then confirm.
Option 2: Use the form below
Enter the email address linked to your loyalty account.
We will email you to confirm the request.
After you confirm, we will delete your account within 7 days and send you a confirmation email.
What we delete
Your sign-in account
Your loyalty profile and points records
Your notification tokens
What we keep
Sales records without your loyalty details, for up to 7 years, if tax law requires it.
Deleted data may stay in backups for up to 30 days.
