You can delete your account in the app: Account → Privacy & Account Management → Delete Account & Data.

Or send the form below from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

We delete: your sign-in account, loyalty profile, points records and notification tokens.

We keep: sales records without your loyalty details for up to 7 years, if tax law requires it. Deleted data may stay in backups for up to 30 days.
