Chandlery Supermarket is currently recruiting for the position of a Company Accountant (Falkland Islands)

The purpose of the role is to assume management oversight of its accounting function and provide technical support and advice to the accounts team and business managers.

Key deliverables are oversight and management of financial data entry and processing; review and finalisation of monthly management accounts; supporting managers with preparation of forecasts and preparation of financial analyses and reports to inform management decision making; ensure financial checks and balances are in place and functioning; preparation of year end accounts and audit file schedules for preparation of financial statements by company auditors.

The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified.
